The bad news is once inside mice tend to reproduce quickly causing an infestation before you even knew it was happening.

Even if you don t catch a glimpse of the animal you can frequently figure out what it is just based on when it makes noise and what it sounds like.

It could be a bird or a mouse or a squirell or groundhog.
This one sounds like a pesky ghost.
